our story
Where it all began
Our love story began almost seven years ago, high above the clouds, when we met on a plane. What started as a simple encounter slowly grew into a beautiful friendship — and in time, that friendship blossomed into love.
In December 2025, our families came together as his family paid lobola, marking the beginning of our traditional marriage. It was not only the union of two hearts, but of two rich cultures — blending Kenyan and Zambian heritage into one beautiful story.
From that flight to this moment, our journey has been guided by love, patience, and the certainty that we were meant to find each other.
“When the time’s right, I, the Lord, will make it happen.”
Isaiah 60:22

More about our wedding
We’re so looking forward to celebrating this day surrounded by the people who mean the most to us. As we shape a gathering that feels close, calm, and meaningful, we hope you’ll understand a few wishes we’ve had to make:
Children:
As much as we love your little ones, we’ve chosen to keep the celebration just for grown-ups so everyone can be fully present and enjoy the evening together
Plus Ones:
Our space is a little limited, so we’re only able to host the names written on each invitation.
Invitation:
Each invitation has been shared with care and is meant for those it’s addressed to, so we’re unable to extend or transfer them.
Thank you for understanding and for being part of something so special to us. Your presence truly means the world.
